1) First you have to download Photo importer for Google+ Addon from the website . This addon is available for both Chrome and Mozilla.

2) Once you downloaded and installed, the extension will add as a toolbar to the browser.

3) To import the photos from Facebook, first you have to go the Facebook page which contains photos which you want to transfer to Google+.

4) Click on the extension and select "Make Album".

5) You can make any number of Albums like this. Once you completed making Albums, you have to click on "Submit All Albums" to submit for Google+.

6) When you click on the submit, the page is displayed in Picasa and it will ask you whether to allow the connection for the site or not.

7) Once you give the permission, all your Facebook photos will be transferred to Picasa. Once it is in Picasa, you can find it in Google+ also.
